You just need one main powerful ingredient to make it work well – testimonials.

That’s right.

Testimonials sell. The more you have, the better. Plus, they do boost conversion rates on websites.

So, we thought, what the heck, let’s literally put some testimonials in our emails and see how that goes.

    Interesting article which highlights how testimonials are under-used by simply publishing it on a website page to gather dust. It should be your initiative to ask the client for a testimonial and make sure you get permission to include their name. A testimonial from X company is worth a thousand, but a testimonial with a name and company is priceless, It adds authenticity to the testimonial where a potential client could take initiative and contact the person for some form of accountability.

    I wonder your research has concluded when it comes to adding a picture with the testimonial. Does that lend it more authenticity?
